Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

Who is Mahmoud Ahmadinejad? From my own information that i know he is the current Republic of Islam Iran President. He has become the president after he won the public election a few years ago. Why he is so popular?

1. He is Iran president
2. He is the first Iran president that always wearing moderate appereal while in public.
3. He is the symbol of the youth or new age Iranian voices
4. He is very brave especially while talking to the America and Israel
5. He does not obey to the pressure from both America and Israel
6. He is hatred by most of American extremist (i think)
7. He has make Israel fear a little bit with the Iran due to his Anti-Israel policy
8. He is not allowed to see Iran matches in the stadium while last World Cup at first
9. He has managed to bring Iran to new era
10. He keep on doing what he thinks is right and everyone should do (like enriching Iran Nuclear reactor)

He is becoming popular lately because Iran will holding their 2009 General Election. Some rumors said that his position is in not very pleasant since some people said that the ex- president who is one of the candidate has back-up power from Ayatollah.
